  • Purchasing the 2010 and 2011 Review Course Materials

The Review Course materials from December 2-5, 2010 and the Review Course Syllabus from December 8-11, 2011 are now available for purchase.  

The 2010 CD-Rom includes all PowerPoint presentations from the course, along with all audio presentations (recorded versions). All supplemental material will also be included on this CD-Rom.

The 2011 and 2010 Review Course Syllabi (study guide) contain the power point presentations and supplemental materials, but serves more as a follow-along guide to the spoken presentations on each topic.
