Instructions for completing the Post-Test Examination

Step 1. After studying the CD-Rom modules, make sure you are connected to the internet.

Step 2. Click here to visit the post-tests and take the full exam.

 

Step 3. Enter the exam code printed on the inside of your CD-Rom cover.  If you have an earlier version of the CR-ROM without a passcode, please contact AAAP for instructions.

 

Step 4. After entering your passcode, please select a username and password to create your account.  After registering your account, you will need to login in again to get started.  If you have already selected a User Name and Password you will be able to log in immediately.  You will not be prompted for payment until the end of the course.

 

Step 5:  Take the CME post-test examination and then pay for the course. After you have completed the course and paid for your modules, you will be able to print your CME Certificate and Certificate of Completion.  It is very important that you CLICK on the "PRINT BUPRENORPHINE TRAINING CERTIFICATE."  This is the certificate which CSAT requires to grant you a DEA-X number. Once this Training Certificate prints, it must be faxed to CSAT at (703) 528-2857. To confirm that the certificate was received, you can call (866) 287-2728.

Step 6:  For your own records, you should then CLICK on the "Print CME Certificate". You can claim 9 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians after you complete the course.  NOTE: This certificate should NOT be faxed. It will not qualify you for the DEA-X number.
